As I thought about what to write about today, I couldn't move past probably the number one influence on my life - the Cross. Growing up in a Fundamental Baptist Church, I was well versed in who Jesus was and what he had done for me, however, it wasn't until I came to an understanding of what Christ did on the Cross for me that my life was changed.

As a result, where I have went to college, who I married, what I did for an occupation, where I lived, and my beliefs and morals have been changed because of the Cross. I try, to the best of my ability, to be worthy of that single act every day.
